Empathy and Active Listening
We practice active listening and non-judgment and give every individual circumstance the uniqueness and importance it deserves. We believe that everyone is an expert in themselves, therefore, we take pride in uplifting those we support and work with them to set SMART and sustainable goals. We use hands-on food and fitness education to support our community members to achieve their goals.

Nutrition Education
We use the Dietary Guidelines for Americans and MyPlate principles and Diabetes Diets, Eating and Physical Exercise to guide conversions on:
- Food categories
- Nutrient dense foods
- Vitamins and Minerals

Fitness Education
Along with live demo and workshops on adding safe exercise to your daily routine we encourage the use the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans as a valuable resource.
