Our goal is to help you build a strong team of support so you can be successful, live well, and thrive with Type 2 diabetes.

Health Coaching: A mindfulness-based health coaching approach

We incorporated Mindfulness within every step of our coaching. We understand that good health can only be sustained when we are mindful and we learn to cultivate love and kindness toward ourselves and around us.

Preventing Type 2 Diabetes

Do you have pre-diabetes? Join our yearly Type 2 diabetes Prevention Program where we meet weekly for first six months and once or twice a month for the next six months.

During the Prevent T2 program you will learn to,

  • Eat Healthy
  • Get Active and Exercise a daily habit
  • Manage stress
  • Burn calories
